Last updated: 1 July 2026

1. Provider

Products and services offered directly through rocketboot.de are provided by General Informatics, Rico Redivo, Fijewo 58, 14-260 Lubawa, Poland.

2. Product licence

The licence displayed during checkout permits use of the purchased Rocketboot product for the stated number of activations. The licence key is intended for the licensee and must not be published, resold or shared with unauthorised third parties.

3. Contract and delivery

Before payment, the product, price, currency and any selected additional services are displayed. Once payment is confirmed, the licence is issued automatically and provided on the confirmation page and by email. If a temporary technical problem occurs, the order remains stored and delivery is completed afterwards.

4. Installation and managed services

Optional installation or managed-hosting services apply only within the scope described during checkout. The customer provides required access details, content and approvals in due time. A requested Rocketboot subdomain is created subject to technical availability. Recurring hosting, maintenance or support services arise only when expressly agreed as recurring services.

5. Updates and support

Activation, update checks and licensed functions require a valid licence key. The included update and support scope is defined by the product description and checkout information. Support requests can be submitted through the support form.

6. Prices and payment

The total price displayed during checkout applies. Payment is processed by the selected payment provider. A licence is issued only after server-side confirmation of payment.

7. Customer responsibilities

A current backup must be created before installation, updates or changes to an existing WordPress installation. The customer is responsible for technical prerequisites, lawful content, user accounts and secure handling of access credentials.

8. Contact

Questions about orders, licences, installation or hosting can be submitted through Rocketboot Support.
